Our Classrooms
At King of Kings Lutheran School, we offer a unique multi-grade classroom structure that benefits our students immensely. A multi-grade classroom is a natural extension of life in the real world and home life. Our students are developing social skills and learning as they interact with classmates of different ages and abilities.
Since our teachers are with students for two or more years, they develop a deeper understanding of each child’s individual learning style and needs. With this knowledge, our teachers are able to adapt lessons to the distinct needs of our students.

Kindergarten
Mrs. Nancy Sanchez
I have the privilege of teaching kindergarten here at King of Kings Lutheran School. I hold a dual degree from Long Beach State University in Child Psychology and Health Education, and completed a five-year program in doctrinal studies from Martin Luther College in Minnesota. I have also completed many courses in Early Childhood and Special Education, constantly striving to update my education and my curriculum.

Grades 6, 7, and 8
Principal, Mr. Jon Plocher
Jon was born and raised in the Tri-Cities of Michigan, where he attended Lutheran Elementary School. After graduating from high school at Michigan Lutheran Seminary in Saginaw, he attended Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. He graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. He was first assigned right here to King of Kings Lutheran School, where he taught grades five to six from 1995 to 2000. From there, he accepted a call to teach at Christ the Lord Lutheran in Houston, TX from 2000 to 2004. There, he taught grades three to five, then six to eight, and then served as the principal of the school for three years as well. In 2004, he accepted a call to teach grades four to six at Bay Pines Lutheran in Seminole, FL, where he has been teaching ever since. He is currently working on attaining his Masters of Science degree with an emphasis on leadership from Martin Luther College.
In 1995, Jon married his wife, Mary. They have four children: Emma, Jacob, Jonah, and Anna.
Jon is very excited to again be a part of the ministry here at King of Kings Lutheran School and is looking forward to sharing the saving Gospel message of Jesus with the children of our school.
Campus Pastor
Brian Doebler
I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. After completing my seminary training, I started as a pastor in Santa Ana, CA in 2001. Since then, I have served as a pastor in Texas, northern California, and Wisconsin as well. My wife, Jessica, and I were married in July of 2002. We have been blessed with four children. Two of our children still attend King of Kings. We live in the house next to the school. I enjoy working in the school teaching catechism to the 6-8th graders and leading in our weekly chapel on Wednesday mornings.
